Orcutt National Little League Sign Ups are coming in December
Eligible children are born after April 30, 1996 and before May 1, 2004 and fall within the boundary maps available on the site.

Where: May Grisham Multi-Use Room.
When:

• Monday, Dec 1, 2008 6pm-8pm
• Saturday, Dec 6, 2008 9am-noon
• Thursday, Dec 11, 2008 6pm-8pm
• Saturday, Dec 13, 2008 9am-noon (final registration)

Please bring the following to registration: Child's birth certificate and 3 different sources for proof of residency....(i.e. Utility Bill, Photo ID, State or Federal Documents, Voter Registration Card, Auto Insurance Card)

Cost: $85/player ($80/T-Ball)

$75/2nd child per family $65/3rd(or more)child per family

Registration Fee includes uniform shirt & hat. Also includes Memory Mate photo package.
